Four x Boeing B737-800 proposed for the passenger to freighter conversions . Please be advised that either these exact or similar Boeing B737-800 New Generation aircraft would be used for the conversions from passenger to freighter, nothing older than Year of Manufacture 2008. We hereby offer you the price of $127,000,000.00/USD ( One Hundred Twenty Seven Million United States Dollars.) for all four freighters which would be delivered by the end of SIX Months period after the signing of the contract Payment Terms: ( ESCROW ONLY ), First Payment, It would be 90% percent of the total amount ( at signing the contract into the ESCROW company account and 10% percent payment into the ESCROW company account at the time of the delivery of each aircraft up to a total of four B737-800 SF, freighters We would be shortly submitting you the full details of the ESCROW company to be used for this transaction. After receiving an official LOI, Letter Of Intent from the buyer we would share the DRAFT contract to be reviewed by the Proposed buyer for eventual signature after any required or necessary amendments.
