AIRBUS A320-200 AIRCRAFT DRY LEASE we are pleased to forward to your attention the following proposal, the Dry Lease of Airbus A320-200 Aircraft Make/Type: Airbus A320-200, CFM56-5B Engines; 2007 YOM Dry Lease Rate: USD 250,000 Per Month Per Aircraft Minimum Block Hours: 200 Block-hour per Month per Aircraft, Guaranteed Utilization Number of Aircraft: 2 units available FH to FC Ratio: 3.0:1 Lease Term: 7 YRS Deposit: Equivalent to 3 months Dry Lease Monthly Lease Payment. Security Deposit: Equivalent to 1 month Dry Lease Monthly Lease Payment. Maintenance Reserves: Airframe 6Y Maintenance US$12,500 per calendar month Reserve Airframe 12Y US$6,600 per calendar month Maintenance Engine Maintenance US$220 per engine Flight Hour for each Engine (payable when the Engine Reserves (Performance is utilized on the Aircraft or another aircraft) payable based upon an Restoration) assumed Flight Hour to Cycle utilization ratio of 2 Flight Hours to 1 Cycle, subject to adjustment Engine LLP Reserves (LLP US$200 per engine Cycle for each Engine (payable when the Engine is Restoration) utilized on the Aircraft or another aircraft) Landing Gear US$4,250 per calendar month Maintenance Reserves: APU Maintenance US$50 per Cycle (payable when the APU is utilized on the Aircraft or Reserves: another aircraft) Dry Lease Rate Inclusions: Included in the Dry Lease rate, are as follows: a) Aircraft as described in the Specifications sheet 2 June 2020 Dry Lease Rate Exclusions: a) All aircraft maintenance, parts (consumables, rotables, etc.), operational expenses, cost, and charges such as Jet A1 fuel, aircraft ground services and handling charges such as push back, towing, over flight permits, landing rights and charges, etc. b) Crew and Personnel salaries, work permits, licenses, airport security passes, etc. c) Aircraft Insurance, Third Party Liabilities, passenger insurance; d) Aircraft operating licenses, etc., If the above rates, fees are acceptable to you, please advise immediately, with the following information, so we can finalize the LOI / Term Sheet: - Customer (end-user information), for the Agreement / Lease contract. - Base of Operations (Airport Base) - Major routes and destinations to be served. - AOC, Proof of funds, KYC Thank you and hoping for your acceptance soon.
