Presently the aircraft is kept in a hangar of AIRBUS in France who will be responsible for Guarantee and Maintenance transaction consists of 3 items, namely LOI / POF (bank copy of Buyer account balance, or if Buyer is owned by a Fund, a statement of Fund executive can be used instead ) Name card of an executive member of Buyer group Upon presentation of these 3 docs, the deal starts with DD of Buyer and the documents. Simultaneously Buyer deposits 10% of the Contract amount in the escrow account of Sellers lawyer. In case of cancellation without valuable reason, 2% of Contract amount as consultant fee+ various charges will be deducted from 10%, and the balance 8% will be refunded After payment done, Seller provides various infos such as Contract draft, photos, are submitted. Upon inspection of docs, and acceptance by Buyer, Contract will be concluded ; thereon the remaining Contract amount will be transferred to escrow account of Lawyer. If inspection of aircraft is required, this is possible at hangar in Toulouse, but only after receipt of the amount at escrow account. In case of cancellation after inspection, 2% of total amount will deducted no matter of the reason of cancellation before refunding the total amount Additional option related to seats and units, coloring, paints of the Aircraft etc will be discussed between Buyer and Seller or its agents. #nscon
