1. LESSEE is in a position to ACMI Lease one Boeing 747-400 Freighter Nose Loader for a Term of one year with an option to renew for a second one. The Boeing 747-400F has a 1992 YOM or other availability. 2. Block Hourly Rate: USD $7,000 ++ each with minimum of 300MGH. This rate of at least 300MGH will result in an approximate monthly cost of TBD). 3. LESSOR shall provide all necessary information/documents/insurance certificates belong to the aircraft Boeing 747-400 Freighter as well as CCAR 129 approval cities and TCO information before any further steps. 4. LESSEE is required to provide POF (Proof of Funds) or deposit into escrow with submission of this LOI for the LESSEE to reserve aircraft. But during the negotiation process Lessee will need to provide the POF to establish if LESSEE is eligible for this type of contract. 5. The LESSEE shall pay a security deposit of one week’s trip estimated for the aircraft. Before release of the aircraft the first month of the ACMI lease TBD in advance, after aircraft approval and contract signature by LESSEE. This will be paid to an escrow service account. All payments will be handled in this manner. The refundable deposit into escrow, to gain access to aircraft for inspection, if needed, is due 3-5 business days after signing this LOI. 6. LESSEE will be responsible for separately paying a Position and Reposition cost that must be paid before the LESSOR allows the aircraft(s) to leave their present location. 7. LESSOR will provide the AOC & Call sign for the aircraft to fly per the current guidelines below, accumulating 300 MBH or very close to it. 8. Lessee will provide exact routing information, including frequencies per week & month, to Lessor after signature of this LOI. 9.
