Looking for 747-400F under lease purchase a huge $100,000 a month commision for any broker that can bring a suitable aircraft Subject: PROPOSAL to Lease Purchase through ACMI a Boeing 747-400BCF PROPOSAL: Option 1: Instead asking price client will pay to the Owner through acmi style lease /purchase starting the day of delivery date of the aircraft 24 monthly payments equal to $ 1,395,833.00 Dollars each month. Option 2: Instead a sking price client will pay to the Owner in a term of 36 monthly payments starting the day of delivery date of the aircraft 36 monthly payments equal to $ 1,069,444.44 Dollars each month 3.- Owner will deliver the aircraft with full maintenance and airworthy condition, ready to work. 4.- Aircraft Title will remain in the name of the seller, such title will be delivered and clean of any lien once client pays the full price to the Owner through lease purchase. 5.- Client can work with the Seller´s AOC and his crew to guarantee to him the full control of the airplane all the time. 6. All monthly payments will be processed by Aerotitle escrow CONSIDERATION AND JUSTIFICATION OF THIS PROPOSAL: The aircraft will work in a contract the client have with a large USA charterer international company They can offer the contract incomes in collateral. This Aircraft will do 3 flights per week from Asia to America average of 12 flights/month which are invoiced at an average of 700,000.00 to 850,000.00 Dollars per flight . Average income of this aircraft will be $ 8,000,000.00 to $ 10,000,000.00 Dollars per month. The incomes from the contract guarantee to cover all financial and all operating costs of this airplane. We are not asking for traditional financing, during this period they will ACMI the aircraft so owner would be almost considered a temporary partner who the client are sharing a considerable and important portion of profits. This overprice on the cost of purchasing a 747-400F at around $30 million is aggressively high but it is cheaper for the client than to take flight charter services.
