ACMI - Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance / Wet or Damp Leasing: For ACMI, we have the attached aircraft available from October. ATR72-500: • 17 years old (YOM 29 Sept 2006) • 70 seat passenger version (see LOPA attached) • ADS-B, HF, medical stretcher SB, gravel kit fitted, narrow runway SB supplement • Freshly repainted and refurbished and C-Checks/2Y checks completed January 2024 • Net Rate excludes commission • The pricing is calculated cost-plus, so not negotiable • Minimum ACMI contract duration 12 months • Fixed Monthly Fee: $ 319,000 paid in advance each month, regardless of utilization, plus… • Per Hour flown: $ 1070 So, for example, if your client flies 160 hours per month, they pay 160 x $1070 = $ 171,200 plus the Monthly Fixed Fee of $319,000 = total $490,200 (which equates to $3,063.75 per hour ACMI for 160hrs) Included in ATR72-500 - ACMI: • Aircraft 1 x ATR72-500 (70 seats) • Crew: (2 x Captain, 2 x Co-pilots, 4 x Cabin Crew) plus their back-to-back rotators (the ATR72-500 requires 2 Cabin Crew per flight regulations, as >50 seats) • Crew and engineer air tickets (crew and engineers rotate every 8 weeks) • Crew and engineer per-diems already included (hotac and transport excluded) • Maintenance: (2 x Dedicated Engineers) incl their back-to-back rotators • line support and spares / tools package – all spares, tyres, brakes etc) • Insurance (Hull and Liabilities Insurance, War-Risk Insurance, $ 500m Combined Single Limit) Excludes: • Crew and Engineers Work Permits and/or Visa fees; • Aircraft JET-A1 Fuel; (work on 890 liters per hour average) • DOCs – eg Fuel, Navigation, Landing and Parking Fees, aircraft operating permits, inspection permits, overflight permits; • Local AOC Fees; • Legal fees, if required; • Any ground handling, personnel or catering services; • Crew and engineer accommodation – min equivalent 3* and must have air- conditioning, reliable internet connectivity and 24 Hrs. security; • Transport (with security if required), one vehicle with driver to be provided for engineer support and crew transfers; • Airside transport • Aircraft and/or spares importation costs, clearance fees, levies or customs duties; • Income taxes or withholding taxes; • Royalties and/or passenger taxes, if applicable. • Customs and duties on aircraft and aircraft spares/tools • Hangarage and stores (at least two offices required) One storage room for aircraft tires and spares (with air-con) and a second office for Engineer’s administration wit h internet • Hangar rental for maintenance • GPU costs – Line operations and maintenance GPU • Aircraft positioning and de-positioning costs (to be paid in-advance) to Accra and back ($ 44,500) paid in advance, within deposit below… Payment terms / conditions precedent: • Deposit: $500,000 on contract signature, to be received minimum 30 days before positioning • All Fixed Fees payable monthly-in advance through Aerotitle Easrow • eg: October 2024 Fixed Fee ($319,000) would be invoiced in advance in early September 2024 and is payable by end September 2024, for October 2024 fixed costs. (ie always in-advance) • The per-hour rate ( $1070 x exact hours flown) will be invoiced at month end once exact hours flown is known, and is payable within 15 days of invoice. • Late payments attract 7.5% interest compounded monthly, and if payment is late by 10 days, aircraft will be grounded and removed from service • a written commitment from GCAA/ANAC and ATS that the aircraft will not be withheld in client country or other for any reason (such as unpaid ATC / landing/ nav bills) - (same format as IDERA) • proof of financial good-standing • all payments to be received in USD all payments foir term of lease via escrow • aircraft to remain ZS- registered at all times while under ACMI • Lessor has 18 years IOGP experience, approved by IOGP since 2006, and Flight Safety Foundation GOLD audit standard for 10 consecutive years (see attached), Litson Platinum certification, we are approved and work for: • Total Energies (Mozambique, Algeria) • Eni (Mozambique, Algeria) • AGIP (Algeria) • ExxonMobil (Chad, Mozambique, Liberia, Cote d’Ivoire) • BP (Sonatrach, Algeria) • Repsol (Algeria) • SHELL (Gabon) • Petronas (Mozambique) • United Nations UN (Afghanistan, DRC, Sudan) • WFP World Food Program (Afghanistan, Chad, DRC, Liberia) • MSF (Medicins Sans Frontiers/Doctors Without Borders) (Afghanistan, Li beria, Chad) • DHL (Cote d’Ivoire, South Africa, Gabon, Dakar, Mali, Togo, Ghana, Burkina Faso) • Tullow Oil (Ghana) • AngloGold Ashanti • Newmont • Many other approvals
