seeking three A320ceo YOM 2016 and newer with CFM engines for lease to purchase agreement, ten years contract in Pakistan. 200-250 BH and mainly domestic and or nearby routs ( 2-3 h from Karachi city) We have LOI prepared, if you find aircrafts, we can proceed. [120] months, commencing on [September 2025] and ending on [September 2035]. Please advise immediately”. Item Nbr Activity COMMENTS 1 Seller to send aircraft specifications with price quotation Aircraft specifications is required by Lessor in submitting proposal to Lessee. It is also required by Financing institution as a supporting document in the loan application. 2 Lessor prepares draft lease-purchase proposal and sends it to the Lessee for consideration Lease proposal should be based on the above terms and conditions: Aircraft: -3- each A320ceo with CFM engines · YOM: 2016 and younger · Ten years contract · MGBH 250 hours · Base: Karachi · Routes: 2-3 hours from Karachi 3 Lessee evaluates proposal. If satisfied will send LOI, AOC, KYC and POF Escrow will be used strictly for the term of the project 4 Upon receipt of LOI from Lessee, issues its own LOI to Seller with KYC, POF (see comments) Since the aircraft will be acquired thru financing, POF should come from Financing company 5 Lessee also issues LOI to Financing company indicating the amount of loan required. Attachment to LOI should be: · KYC · AOC · Company Profile · Business Plan 6 Seller submits a sales proposal to Lessee/buyer Proposal should include; · Aircraft delivery date · Acceptance procedure · Requirements from lessee/end-buyer on aircraft specs 7 Financing company evaluates LOI from Lessor. Coordinates with funding institution for pre-approval of loan 8 Upon pre-approval of loan, Lessor prepares contract documents for approval by Lessee 9 Lessor signs contract documents and sends file to Financier for facilitation Contract documents should include all supporting documents required. 10 Seller assigns Escrow Agent. Escrow agent coordinates and finalize aircraft sales between Seller and Buyer 11 Lessor/buyer coordinates with Seller on aircraft delivery requirements · BFE items · Aircraft inspections · Aircraft acceptance 12 Financing company coordinates with Seller to ensure that loan is released to Escrow on or before first aircraft delivery Loan agreements should be signed during loan release 13 Coordination between Seller, Buyer and lessee on aircraft delivery and acceptance Aircraft acceptance Aircraft turn-over Aircraft delivery 14 Complete turn-over of aircraft to Buyer 15 Fly-out #apo/ amand
