Aircraft The Aircraft completed all 6-year (72 months) Systems as of June 1, 2024, zonal and structural task (MSG3 per Boeing MPD) all lower interval MPD tasks and had no deferred maintenance items. The Aircraft shall have all MPD task cards and ICAs clear for of (i) 18-months*, (ii) six thousand (6,000) flight hours** or, (iii) three thousand (3,000) flight cycles** from the anticipated delivery date. * Calculated from June 1, 2024. ** Less the number of hours and cycles for post-conversion ferry/demonstration flight and the demonstration flight. The Aircraft shall be in full freighter configuration having completed the Precision Conversions passenger-to-freighter modification STC ST01529SE. There shall be no open flight discrepancies. The Lavatory will be modified using FAA STC STO1490SE. The galley installation will be accomplished in accordance with FAA STC ST01504SE. MDCLS installation will be accomplished in accordance with FAA STC ST01748LA MDCLS. Window plugs installation will be accomplished in accordance with FAA STC ST01237SE. The Aircraft shall have a Certificate of Airworthiness issued by the FAA. IS&S Flat Panel Display System. ADS-B out. Winglets. Cat IIIB Autoland Capability. Standard Certificate of Airworthiness from the FAA. Will be delivered with the following weights: MTW 251,000 Lbs. MTOW 250,000 Lbs. MLW 210,000 Lbs. MZFW 188,000 Lbs. Engines Each Engine shall be delivered serviceable, all engine parameters will be within limits of the AMM, and with purchased thrust of 43,100 lbs thrust, configured to RB211-535E4B power. Components Each hard-time controlled component shall have a minimum of twelve (12) months remaining until the next required inspection and shall be supported with appropriate paperwork traceable from last repair/inspection/overhaul. Each Life Limited Component installed on Engines, will have full back-to-birth trace as available. Landing Gear The landing gear shall be delivered with calendar time remaining of not less than 5 years remaining from June 1, 2024. APU The APU shall be serviceable. Cargo Compartment Cargo linings shall be free of holes, dents, gouges, tears. Cargo nets will be serviceable and in good condition with no tears or frayed areas. All rollers, nets, and cargo restraints, moving and handling mechanisms will be clean by commercial airline standards, in good condition and fully operational and serviceable. All required placards and markings shall be installed, clean and legible. All cargo compartment floors shall be free of holes, cracks, temporary repairs, numerous dents, and dings which are outside the AMM limits. Cockpit / Galley equipment / Lav Shall be serviceable, clean, in good condition, functionally checked and working in accordance with the Maintenance Manual. Certification The Aircraft shall be (i) in full compliance with applicable the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheets, (ii) and have a valid Standard Certificate of Airworthiness issued by the FAA. Airworthiness Directives Each FAA issued Airworthiness Directive (AD) issued by the country of manufacture and effective on or prior to delivery shall have at least 18 months (with respect to AD specified calendar limit), 6,000 Flight Hours (with respect to AD specified Flight Hour limit) and 2,000 cycles (with respect to AD specified cycle limit) to next required compliance. Any such AD having a limit less than the above stated limits shall have been recently accomplished. Specific to nose cowls, the average time remaining shall not be less than 18 months as of delivery. Repairs There will be no temporary or interim repairs on the Aircraft.
