The operational base will be Yerevan (EVN), with a required start date as soon as possible for a contract period lasting until at least January 2026. Key Operational Details: · Primary Route: EVN–YUK (Kapan) – EVN. This route is critical and requires an aircraft with proven exceptional short-runway performance capabilities due to Kapan’s runway length of approximately 1,476 meters and surrounding mountainous terrain. · Secondary Routes: EVN–TBS (Tbilisi) – EVN & EVN–AER (Sochi) – EVN. · Minimum Monthly Utilization: 90+ block hours. Mandatory Requirement: The aircraft must be equipped and certified to safely operate from challenging short runways and high-altitude environments. Proof of performance for Kapan Airport (YUK) is a non-negotiable condition for this operation. We request a comprehensive proposal including: 1. Availability of a suitable ATR 72-500 or -600 aircraft and proposed timeline. 2. Full ACMI pricing structure. 3. Detailed aircraft specifications (engine type, seat configuration, maintenance status). 4. Confirmation of performance capabilities for the EVN–YUK–EVN sector. #jb
