Aircraft Acquisition Targets • Boeing B737-300 / 400 / 500 Classic Series - Year of Manufacture: 1997–1999 - Quantity: To be negotiated (fleet expansion batch) - Purpose: Passenger & regional charter operations • Airbus A320-251neo (CFM LEAP-1A Engines) - Year of Manufacture: 2017–2024 - Quantity: 10 aircraft - Dry Lease Agreements: • 5 aircraft under 12-year dry lease to Turkish Airline (THY) • 5 aircraft under 5-year dry lease to (Libya) • Airbus A330-200 / 300 Series - Year of Manufacture: 2007 and above - Quantity: 3 aircraft - 6-month ACMI (wet lease with full crew & maintenance) - Lessee: Indonesia Airlines 2. Terms & Structure • All transactions will be subject to technical inspection, records audit, and delivery condition verification. • Payment security will be established via escrow account. • Delivery locations: To be coordinated between Seller and client • All leases to comply with EASA and Turkish DGCA standards. • Aircraft insurance and registration will be managed under SPC (Oman) and/or (Turkey).
