Client looking to lease of one (1) Boeing 777-300 aircraft configured for dedicated cargo (freighter) operations, in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and applicable UAE GCAA regulations. 1. Intended Lease Structures (ICAO Definitions). The Lessee seeks proposals under one or more of the following ICAO-recognized leasing structures: A. ACMI Lease (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance & Insurance) Under this structure, the Lessor shall provide: The aircraft Complete flight and cabin crew Line and base maintenance Hull and third-party liability insurance. The Lessee shall be responsible for: Fuel Airport, navigation, and overflight charges Ground handling Cargo loading and unloading Route permits and traffic rights. B. Dry Lease Under this structure: The Lessor shall provide the aircraft only. The Lessee shall assume full operational control under its designated AOC. The Lessee shall be responsible for crew, maintenance, insurance, and operational approvals Dry lease arrangements shall be subject to regulatory approval by the UAE GCAA, NCAA Nigeria, UK CAA (where applicable), and other relevant authorities. 2. Intended Area of Operations. The aircraft will be deployed for international cargo operations on the following indicative routing: Dubai (DXB / DWC) – Lagos (LOS) Lagos (LOS) – Port Harcourt (PHC) Nigeria – London (LHR / STN) Return routing: London – Lagos – Dubai Operations will be conducted in compliance with: ICAO Annexes 6, 8, 18, and 19. Applicable bilateral air service agreements Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. 3. Aircraft & Technical Information Requested. The Lessor is kindly requested to provide the following: Aircraft type, MSN, and year of manufacture Freighter configuration and maximum structural payload. Operational range with full payload. Maintenance status (last C-Check / D-Check) Compliance with ICAO noise and emissions standards ETOPS capability (if applicable). 4. Commercial Information Requested. Please include in your proposal: Lease rate (hourly block hour for ACMI / monthly rate for Dry Lease) Minimum guaranteed block hours (if applicable) Security deposit requirements Contract duration options Mobilization and entry-into-service timeline. 5. Registration & Regulatory Preference The Lessee expresses a strong preference for the aircraft to be registered in the United Arab Emirates, under the UAE GCAA aircraft registry, or an alternative ICAO-compliant registry mutually agreed by both parties. 6.
