Clients seek an ATR 42 or ATR 72 or Q400 or similar capacity aircraft (Passenger configuration) for operations within West Africa as follows. The requirement is for an initial one-year term with extension options, and the client is prepared to move forward immediately upon receipt of a competitive commercial proposal. ACMI Operational Requirement – West Africa Network Base Airport: Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (DIAP/ABJ) Proposed Route Network: Abidjan ? Accra, Ghana Abidjan ? Freetown, Sierra Leone Abidjan ? Monrovia, Liberia Contract Term: Two (2) years Monthly Flight Hours Commitment: 110 block hours per month Operational Cycle: Average cycle ratio: 1.1 Commencement: ASAP Minimum Guaranteed Utilization: 110 Block Hours per Month Commercial Basis: ACMI (excluding Ground Handling, Navigation Charges, Airport Fees, Fuel and applicable local taxes unless otherwise advised) Notes: Standard ACMI exclusions apply (fuel, handling, navigation, airport fees). Commencement date subject to operator availability and agreement finalization. Escrow arrangements recommended for payment security.
