At the moment, Four (4) Mi-17v5 available for delivery immediately. ( TWO UNITS IN JULY , TWO IN AUGUST ) Payment procedure is the following, initial deposit of 50%, and 50% upon final acceptance and delivery of each helicopter The cost of each helicopter after overhaul is 12,950,000 US Dollars (excluding delivery). The vendor will provide the below helicopters fully overhauled with an extended life of 8 years/1000h. Each helicopter will have a warranty of 12 months or 200h whichever comes first. The following works will be done on the Mi-17v5 helicopters during overhaul : - Technical expertise and flaw detection - Registration of Acceptance Act of helicopter for completeness and presence of damages. - Complete disassembly of the helicopter and its systems. - Helicopter airframe reinforcement. - Overhaul Helicopter systems: - landing gear, hydraulic units, fuel system, pneumatic system, transmission, oil systems, main rotor hub, tail rotor hub, helicopter control systems and engine control systems, air conditioning. - Overhaul of intermediate gearbox, tail gearbox, swashplate - Overhaul of electrical equipment, navigation systems, sighting systems, objective control systems. - Overhaul of Engines by (MB AERO LLC). - Overhaul of the main gearbox by (MB AERO LLC). - Overhaul of auxiliary power unit AI-9V by (MB AERO LLC). - Overhaul of ground equipment and service plugs. - Manufacturing of covers. - Overhaul of main components. - Overhaul and inspection of components according to Logbooks. - Replacement of unsuitable for repair components - Completing the helicopter with new components (pyrotechnics, batteries, tires). - Helicopter assembly, ground testing and control tests in the air. - Painting of the helicopter (the Painting scheme must be provided by the customer). - Preparing the helicopter for transportation. - Transportation of the helicopter to the customers base. If requested for an additional price - Helicopter assembly, ground testing and control tests in the air at the customers base. - Transfer of the helicopter to the Customer. - Warranty service.
