Rob's well placed Government connections in Manila Philippines landed him the rights to work on the reopening the Clark Airport after the devastating eruption of Mt Pinatubo and subsequent evacuation of the USA Air force that resided there. Rob was pivotal in the development of the airport and he established the first ground handling in Clark and worked tirelessly to establish Clark Airport for over 5 years in doing so also built a strong reputation for mediating the sale stock of all kinds, consumer goods, building materials, power Generation, heavy equipment and aircraft. Rob's efforts resulted in the very first cargo flights that included the importation of live cattle from Australia to Clark on several FEDEX MD 11 flights.
Rob based his business in the Philippines since early 1980’s and maintains strong relationships with his business network there.
Rob expanded this business as Asian Dragon Corp and opened offices in Thailand and Cambodia with view to establish a new regional airline that was to be name True Blue, his efforts were thwarted by the Covid pandemic but Robs love of Cambodia and the region see him residing there and rebuilding True Blue airline services with his trusted and extremely experienced partner Capt Crowe.
True Blue Aviation Services (TBAS) & Asian Dragon International's new Asian Office is planed to be managed and located in the booming central business district of Phnom Penh Cambodia by the end of 2024.

The parent company is now registered in Nevada USA as True Blue LLC managed by Rob's expert partner and close friend Retired Capt Dave Crowe.

All the company banking will be processed through the True Blue USA Chase bank account.

Capt. David Crowe spent 49 years in the cockpit of corporate aircraft and early in his work career was National Sales Manager for 2 corporations until his love for aviation overtook his sales career.

Capt Crowe retired from his long-time job at 68 and then engaged in International contract flying for the next 8 years. He sold the first aircraft in 1970 and some leasing not long after.

Capt Crowe has been married to the same beautiful lady for 61 years and his son is also a pilot flying a G650. He serves God first and is proud to be honest in every aspect of business.
