16/02/2025 - Brand-New Mi-8MTV-1 Civil Helicopter - 2024 Year of Manufacture Commercial Offer: Purchase of Mi-8MTV-1 Civil Helicopter We are pleased to present to you a commercial offer for the acquisition of a brand-new Mi-8MTV-1 Civil Helicopter, 2024 year of manufacture. This helicopter is currently located at the Operators site and is available for your consideration. We kindly ask you not to send this offer out to multiple brokers as that will cause tremendous amount of issues. We are wanting to deal directly with the potential buyer. 1. Price: New Retail Price is: € 24 Million EUR - Our negotiated Purchase Price: € 19 Million EUR for one helicopter. The helicopter will be supplied with a single set (1:1) of tools, ground support equipment, and operational and technical documentation. Prices are indicated on the terms of helicopter pick-up from the seller’s territory. Cost of delivery to the buyers site is not included and will be determined through negotiations and contract. Delivery can be arranged either by cargo airplane or by sea in a 40-feet container. 2. Payment Procedure: Helicopter inspection and conclusion of a purchase/sales contract. Payment of an advance payment of 50% of the helicopter price within 7 (seven) business days from the date of invoice. Registration of export documents for sale. Sending the helicopter to the Buyer within 60 days. Balance payment of 50% of the cost of the helicopter. Registration of ownership of the Buyer at National Civil Aviation Authorities. The deadline for the entire process is 45 days. 3. Other Conditions: This offer is valid until 17/01/2025 and is subject to additional written confirmation from the buyer. The price is valid subject to the contracting in January 2025 and compliance with the payment procedure specified above. NB: We also offer financial leasing for up to a 15-year period, as well as package solutions to provide crew, technical experts, and after-sales service with parts and components supplied, subject to an operations support contract.
