Our target budget is below $250,000 USD . Please share your best quote along with the relevant documents for any available aircraft that meet these criteria. Also Client is looking for a potential long-term partnership for aircraft acquisition and deployment within the Republic of South Sudan and the wider East African region. The client is currently progressing through the Air Operator Certification (AOC) process and is actively evaluating suitable aircraft solutions for domestic passenger, cargo-combi, humanitarian, and regional operations. Our objective is to establish a sustainable operational partnership beginning with an ACMI or Dry Lease arrangement, with a planned transition toward a Lease-to-Purchase structure upon successful operational deployment. Fleet Requirements We are currently seeking the following aircraft types: ATR72-500 Passenger / Cargo ATR72-600 Passenger / Cargo ATR72-500/600 equipped with Gravel Kit (preferred) De Havilland Canada Dash 8-Q400 Combi Proposed Commercial Framework Lease Type ACMI Wet Lease Dry Lease. Base of Operation Juba International Airport (HJJJ) Republic of South Sudan Area of Operations Domestic South Sudan routes Humanitarian and NGO support missions Future East African regional operations Lease Period Initial Term: 12 Months Extendable by mutual agreement Target Budget Dry Lease: USD 2,000 per flight hour ACMI: USD 2,200 per flight hour Alternative commercial proposals are welcome for mutual evaluation Minimum Guaranteed Hours (MGH) 100 Flight Hours per Month Planned Commencement Immediate deployment upon contract execution and aircraft positioning Planned Operational Profile To assist in evaluating the proposed operation, our anticipated utilization profile is as follows: 6 operational days per week 1 scheduled maintenance/rest day per week Approximately 2 flight rotations daily One long sector averaging 2.0 flight hours One short sector averaging 1.0 flight hour Average daily utilization: 5–6 flight hours Estimated monthly utilization: 100–120 flight hours Estimated annual utilization: 1,200–1,440 flight hours Typical destinations include: Wau (HJWW) Malakal (HJMK) Renk (HJRN) Paloich (HJFA) Aweil (HJAW) Yida (HJYD) Technical Requirements We would appreciate receiving the following information for any aircraft proposed: Aircraft Type and Variant Year of Manufacture (YOM) MSN (Manufacturer Serial Number) Current Registration Previous Registration History Current Aircraft Location Total Flight Hours (TSN) Total Flight Cycles (CSN) Engine TSN / CSO Status Remaining Life Limited Parts Status Last C-Check / Heavy Check Status AD Compliance Status Service Bulletin Status Maintenance Program Information Airworthiness Certificate Status Weight & Balance Report Configuration Details (Passenger / Cargo / Combi) Payload Capability Gravel Kit Availability (where applicable) Proposed Transaction Process Should your aircraft meet our operational requirements, we propose the following acquisition sequence: Initial Commercial Discussions Aircraft Selection Letter of Intent (LOI) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Technical Documentation Review Aircraft Physical Inspection Independent Technical Evaluation Report Commercial Negotiations Deposit Placement Lease Agreement Execution Aircraft Positioning Delivery & Acceptance Operational Commencement Payment Structure Subject to final negotiations, our preferred payment structure is: One (1) month lease payment in advance following satisfactory inspection and acceptance; One (1) month security deposit payable within fifteen (15) days after aircraft positioning and establishment in South Sudan; Thereafter, monthly lease payments to be settled at the commencement of each operational month or as otherwise mutually agreed.
