B738F Availability Central & South America 1. Aircraft Availability Boeing 737-800 Freighter (B738F) Available for Central America and South America charter operations, including: Ad-hoc charters Multi-sector rotations Recurring weekly programs E-commerce, general cargo, perishables, express freight Key Performance Notes: Ideal for regional LATAM operations Strong payload for medium-range sectors Suitable for high-velocity e-commerce and express cargo flows 2. Charter Requirements (Information Needed) To quote availability and pricing, please provide: Origin & destination airports Operational dates / rotation schedule Payload (tons + CBM) Commodity description any DG We are pleased to share the following charter option based on current market capacity and ongoing discussions with the prospective operating carrier. This communication is provided solely for preliminary commercial evaluation. All routing, schedules, aircraft availability, pricing, fuel treatment, subsidy applicability, regulatory approvals, and operational details remain subject to the operating carriers final written confirmation and applicable governmental and operational approvals. There is currently a time-sensitive opportunity to support the clients requirements through TYN ORD , or alternatively via an appropriate EU gateway, utilizing presently available freighter capacity. Based on discussions with the carrier, an initial operation of one (1) weekly B747-400F charter appears commercially feasible, with the potential to expand to three (3) weekly rotations should the client elect to proceed under mutually acceptable commercial terms. From a brokerage perspective, we would also like to share an important commercial development. The carrier has advised that it has secured the TYN ORD operating subsidy applicable to B747-400F operations. If confirmed, this subsidy may provide a meaningful cost advantage. Because EHU and TYN are in close geographic proximity , cargo could potentially be trucked efficiently between the two locations, allowing the lower-cost TYN uplift to be incorporated into the overall transportation solution. If the client is willing to utilize feeder trucking, the blended transportation cost may be materially lower than operating exclusively from EHU, even after considering applicable trucking charges. Given the clients stated budget objectives, this may represent a commercially attractive optimization. Accordingly, we would appreciate confirmation as to whether the client would consider: utilizing TYN as the departure airport with short-haul feeder trucking from EHU; or tendering all cargo directly at TYN . Proposed Charter Option Routing: TYN ORD TYN Aircraft: Boeing 747-400F Proposed initial frequency: 1x weekly , with the possibility of increasing to 3x weekly , subject to carrier availability, client acceptance, and operational feasibility. Based upon the carriers current fuel cost indication, the estimated client charter charge is USD $700,000 per round-trip charter , subject to final carrier confirmation and adjustment through the carriers fuel reconciliation process prior to aircraft uplift. Fuel Cost Treatment The operating carrier has advised that fuel pricing will be finalized immediately prior to operation based upon actual applicable fuel cost. Accordingly: If actual applicable fuel cost is lower than currently estimated, the final charter price is expected to decrease accordingly, subject to the carriers final reconciliation. If actual applicable fuel cost is higher than currently estimated, the final charter price is expected to increase accordingly, subject to the carriers final reconciliation. At this time, the carrier has not provided a fixed fuel surcharge formula or escalation schedule. Rather, the carrier has indicated that final fuel charges are expected to be reconciled through a true-up mechanism reflecting actual fuel cost incurred. Depending upon the final reconciliation
