We are pleased to advise that we currently have B747-400F charter availability on the following rotations: TYN ORD (1x weekly) • At todays fuel price, the client pays $690,000. • If fuel prices decrease before uplift, the final charge will be lower than $690,000. • If fuel prices increase before uplift, the final charge will be higher than $690,000. • There is no preset formula or surcharge table. The final amount reflects the actual fuel cost through a true-up mechanism, with a refund if the client is overcharged or additional billing if the client is undercharged. EHU ORD (3x weekly) • At todays fuel price, the client pays $835,000. • If fuel prices decrease before uplift, the final charge will be lower than $835,000. • If fuel prices increase before uplift, the final charge will be higher than $835,000. • There is no preset formula or surcharge table. The final amount reflects the actual fuel cost through a true-up mechanism, with a refund if the client is overcharged or additional billing if the client is undercharged. This creates a potential cost advantage because TYN and EHU are close enough to support efficient feeder trucking. By blending the lower-cost TYN uplift into the clients overall cost structure, the combined average cost should be materially more attractive than relying only on EHU departures, even after factoring in trucking fees. Given the clients budget constraints, this may be a practical cost-optimization option. Would they be open to using the TYN departure supported by a short feeder truck from EHU? Alternatively, we can structure the program with two flights from EHU and one flight from TYN, or 3 from EHU and 1 from TYN. Final pricing remains subject to fuel true-up based on the actual fuel invoice at the time of uplift.
