Start Date * Earliest Firm Availability: To be confirmed by the Operator. * Earliest Conditional Availability: To be confirmed by the Operator. * The Operator shall also provide the complete mobilization timeline from contract signature to first revenue flight. Cycles / Utilization * Target utilization: Approximately 150 Block Hours (BH) per month. * Please confirm: * Monthly Minimum Guaranteed Block Hours (MGBH). * Any minimum daily or cycle commitment. * Commercial treatment of utilization above or below the guarantee. AOC * Operations shall be conducted under the ACMI Operator’s valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and applicable Operations Specifications. * The Operator must already hold, or be capable of obtaining before mobilization, all required Foreign Operator Approvals for Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan. Payment Security Our preferred commercial structure is as follows: * First Month: Payable in advance prior to commencement of operations. * Performance Security: An irrevocable, unconditional, first-demand Bank Guarantee issued by a first-class internationally acceptable bank, covering an amount equivalent to three (3) months of the Minimum Guaranteed Block Hours (MGBH). * Escrow: Should the Operator require additional payment security, we are willing to discuss an internationally recognized escrow arrangement for the initial mobilization period only, after which the Bank Guarantee shall remain the primary payment security for the balance of the contract. * The detailed wording and security documentation shall be mutually agreed during contract negotiations. #fawa
