Entry point: 2.262 (February ’26). Fuel bracket interval: USD 14,000 per bracket. 2. EMERGENCY FUEL SURCHARGE (EFS) In the event of significant fluctuations in fuel availability or pricing arising from geopolitical developments, supply chain disruptions, or localized shortages, the Operator may impose an Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFS) in addition to the Charter Price and standard fuel surcharges. The EFS shall reflect incremental costs incurred by the Operator, including but not limited to: • Fuel price surges • Repositioning for fuel uplift • Sourcing fuel at alternative airports The Operator shall notify the Charterer promptly of the applicability and estimated amount of any EFS. Payment of the EFS is a condition precedent to flight performance. Failure or refusal to pay the EFS within the specified timeframe releases the Operator from any obligation to commence or continue operations, without liability for delay, cancellation, or non performance. 3. COMMERCIAL TERMS Excluding: Cargo build & break charges, terminal handling, warehousing, de icing, royalties, non objection fees, cargo taxes, and any emergency fuel related charges at origin or other quoted airports. Subject to: Traffic rights, regulatory compliance, final cargo dimensions & loadability, crew & aircraft availability at time of booking, and fuel price escalation.
