Client has a current acquisition requirement for two (2) Boeing 737-800 aircraft for outright purchase. At this stage, we would appreciate receiving the following information for all available Boeing 737-800 aircraft that you could offer for sale, so that we can conduct our preliminary technical and commercial evaluation: 1. Aircraft Identification Current registration Year of manufacture Current location Aircraft status: operational, parked or stored 2. Aircraft Technical Information Total Flight Hours (TTSN) Total Flight Cycles (TCSN) Current configuration Passenger seat configuration, if applicable Confirmation whether the aircraft is passenger, combi, or freighter If freighter: conversion program (Boeing BCF, AEI, other) Applicable STC information Main deck cargo door dimensions Number and configuration of cargo positions Maximum structural payload Maximum zero fuel weight Maximum takeoff weight 3. Engines and APU For each engine: Manufacturer and model Engine serial number Total hours Total cycles LLP status Remaining life Current maintenance program Any upcoming shop visit or overhaul requirement Please also provide: APU make/model APU serial number APU hours/cycles Current status 4. Maintenance Status Please provide: Current maintenance status Last C-Check / heavy maintenance Next C-Check / heavy maintenance due Last major inspection Upcoming maintenance events Landing gear status Any major component replacements due Known deferred defects Current AD/SB compliance status Any outstanding maintenance issues 5. Aircraft Records Please confirm the availability and completeness of: Aircraft technical records Engine records LLP records APU records Maintenance records Damage and repair history Modification records STC documentation Weight & balance documentation Current airworthiness documentation A recent aircraft specification sheet and photographs would also be appreciated. 6. Commercial Information For each aircraft, please provide: Asking price Whether the price is negotiable Whether the aircraft can be purchased individually or as a package Availability for immediate sale Earliest delivery date Current location for inspection Proposed delivery location Accepted transaction structure Deposit requirements Expected closing timeline 7. Ownership and Seller Authority This is particularly important for our preliminary evaluation. Please confirm: Whether the aircraft is currently subject to any lease Whether there are any liens, mortgages, security interests or other encumbrances Whether the aircraft has clear and transferable title Whether vendor is acting as the owner, broker, authorized seller, or exclusive/non-exclusive representative Whether you have a current mandate or authorization from the owner to market and sell the aircraft If available, please provide a redacted proof of authority to sell or other documentation confirming your authorization to represent the aircraft. 8. Two-Aircraft Acquisition Our clients requirement is specifically for two (2) Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Therefore, please let us know whether you currently have: Two aircraft available simultaneously; Two aircraft from the same owner; Two aircraft with similar specifications and configuration; or One aircraft immediately available and a second aircraft available within a reasonable delivery period. If two suitable aircraft are available, we would be interested in evaluating a single transaction for both aircraft. Confidentiality At this preliminary stage, we are not requesting disclosure of confidential information concerning our client. Once we identify suitable aircraft and confirm the sellers authority, we can proceed with the appropriate NDA/NCNDA and formal acquisition process before exchanging sensitive commercial or technical information. If the aircraft are still available, please send us the available specifications, pricing and supporting information at your earliest convenience. We would appreciate confirmation of availability first, particularly for any aircraft that are currently available for outright purchase.
