Please find below the current requirement: Aircraft Requirement Aircraft Type: Boeing 737-800 NG Quantity: 5 aircraft Lease Type: Dry Lease YOM: 2012 or newer Engines: CFM56-7B series Cabin Configuration: Two-class / dual-class preferred Business Class: Preferably 12–16 seats Economy Class: Approximately 150–156 seats, depending on LOPA Lease Term: Approximately 5 years Monthly Utilisation: Approximately 220–235 FH per aircraft Operating Region: Africa – domestic, regional and international scheduled passenger operations Delivery: Phased deliveries commencing October 2026, with all aircraft targeted for delivery by November 2026 Delivery Location: To be agreed according to aircraft location and delivery conditions The aircraft should be suitable for induction onto the respective AOCs, with complete and traceable records, acceptable maintenance status and sufficient remaining maintenance life for the intended lease period. We would appreciate it if you could confirm whether you currently have genuinely available aircraft matching this requirement, either directly under your control or under an owner/lessor mandate. For any suitable aircraft, please also confirm the representation/mandate status and the applicable transaction procedure.
