We have now received confirmation from the client regarding the operational requirements for the proposed 12-month ACMI/Wet Lease arrangement. Please proceed with the supplier/operator based on the following: Guaranteed Monthly Utilisation: 220–235 guaranteed block hours per month, per aircraft. Proposed African Bases: Lagos, Nigeria (LOS) and/or Abuja, Nigeria (ABV) Brazzaville, Republic of Congo (BZV) The client is requesting a full ACMI proposal covering the following: ACMI rate per block hour; Minimum guaranteed block hours; Aircraft type, YOM and configuration; Aircraft availability and earliest delivery date; Crew composition and rotation arrangements; Crew accommodation and per diem requirements; Repositioning / delivery and redelivery costs; Security deposit and payment terms through Aerotitle escrow only ; Maintenance responsibility and technical support; Insurance coverage; Contract term and extension options; Any operational or regulatory conditions applicable to Nigeria and the Republic of Congo. The intended initial lease period is 12 months, subject to satisfactory commercial terms and operational performance. Please also confirm the operator/AOC under which the aircraft would operate, and whether the proposed aircraft and operation can be deployed legally and operationally at the above bases. We would appreciate receiving the specific aircraft options and complete indicative commercial proposal so that the client can evaluate the economics and deployment structure. As previously discussed, the clients preferred long-term structure remains dry lease, so if an ACMI-to-dry-lease transition can be incorporated into the proposal, please include the applicable terms and conditions.
